Our favorite workout schedule is the Classic workout schedule not only because it’s the first schedule we followed, but also because we feel it’s the most well rounded schedule that P90X3 offers. The P90X3 Mass Schedule and the P90X3 Lean schedule are also great schedules to follow especially if you are looking to either lean out or bulk up. I know that as summer approaches I’m most likely to incorporate the Lean schedule into my routine to help me lean out and get ready for swimsuit season.
