This is the P90X3 Classic Workout Schedule that everyone usually starts with when the start the P90X3 90 Day workout Program. It offers a great mix of weight training and cardio, along with yoga and balance focus to give you the best overall home workout routine for your entire body. We love the P90X3 Challenge workout, along with the Isometrix workout. I like to do the Challenge on Friday so I can have the whole weekend to recover as my upper body is blown out by the push pull routine, and I use Isometrix as a recovery workout to also help elongate my muscles, which I think helps me to get ready for a lot of the workouts in this schedule.
