the P90X3 Lean Workout Schedule is best when you want to lean out, to drop weight, to focus less on strength workouts. I love to do this routine in the spring time to allow my body enough time to lean out for the summer bathing suit season. Lean is where it’s at for me these days as I don’t want to go into older age with a larger load, I’d much rather reduce my weight, and slim down, to help me as I age. I would recommend everyone to start with the P90X3 Classic Schedule before trying the P90X3 Lean schedule so you can see how P90X3 was originally designed.
